Huawei is steping forward by updating EMUI 10.0 for its already existing flagship devices which includes Huawei P30 and Mate 20 series devices all around the globe including (Europe, Asia, Middle East, and American regions).
The latest version of EMUI is built on top of Android 10 that brings-up new features & some changes in the UI which includes the dark mode, magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and more.

The stable EMUI 10 update for Huawei P30 and P30 Pro comes with EMUI version 10.0.0.168. Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro receiving EMUI version 10.0.0.154 and Huawei Mate 20 X (4G) receiving version 10.0.0.180. (Update size may vary).

Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, it’ll ask if you want to download it.
